I am participating in the Microsoft Dare to Dream Different Challenge. This is the video I submitted for Round 2 of the competition:
This project has been a great experience in synthesizing information from multiple sensors to determine the best possible angle of veiw for the camera. I have also learned a great deal about the .NET Micro Framework. It is perhaps the easiest embedded environment to get functional, and provides a comprehensive debug capability.
As I was writing the managed code “drivers” I found myself wishing for native code (non C#) capability, however, if for no other reason than to have the security of knowing that should I need access to unsupported on-chip peripherals that I would have other options.
That's all for now. It's late and I barely made the submission deadline.
