Community Starter Kit and CSKDotNet 1.1
This web site would not be possible without the Community Starter Kit written by Stephen Walthers, and the outstanding enhancements made by the CSKDotNet 1.1 project (maintained in a GotDotNet workspace). A special thanks to the most active supporters of these projects Keith Barrow and Stephen M. Redd. You have made it possible for me to concentrate on writing a great book, and not on becoming a web site developer. I must admit, however, that I am impressed by the software architecture employed and I wish I had time to write my own Mod. The CSK and CSKDotNet 1.1 projects represent an excellent example of the separation of content, form, and logic, truely the best model for the development of web sites that reach beyond the realm of hyperlinked text, into that of desktop applications.
