CEBot (Windows CE Mobile RoBOT)

CEBot, short for Windows CE Robot, is the Core Project used in Socrates to demonstrate the development of embedded systems software.  It will be developed in the book (working title “Learning Embedded Systems With Windows CE”) using various low cost reference platforms.  New capabilities will be gradually added from one chapter to the next, while Windows CE is adapted to support the robot's array of sensors and actuators.

Read on for articles that relate to the proposed design of CEBot, and contribute to the discussion on the mobile robot design best suited to teach embedded software, mobile robot software development, and Windows CE adaptation for custom platforms.
